Squareone is conveniently located next to a bustling market area and close to the beach. It offers easy access to Patong beach and popular attractions such as Bangla Road. The hotel rooms are comfortable and have basic amenities such as air conditioning and safes. The hotel also provides free WiFi and TV in the rooms. the hotel offers pickup services from the airport at a reasonable price.

The hotel's service seems to be inconsistent, as some guests mentioned issues with the air conditioning and experienced rude behavior from the hotel manager.

The hotel had a pool and provided towels, perfect for those travelling by car looking to relax and take a dip.

I appreciated the free toiletries and the two bottles of water provided. The hotel also had a small safe in the closet for valuables and offered laundry service. The quiet and safe atmosphere with attentive staff made my stay enjoyable. it was a great experience.

The English-speaking receptionist was extremely helpful in arranging transportation and other administrative tasks. One of the best aspects was the small but lovely and clean pool, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

We encountered a few negative aspects during our stay. The staff, besides the receptionist, had limited spoken English and were not always helpful or accommodating.
